The staff were really friendly and helpful during my stay here.

Represented good value for money. Very near a Metro stop. On a good line, i.e. easy access to Gare du Nord and centre of Paris. Beds clean and comfortable. Water hot and plentiful (if a little too hot!).
The area. Very crowded area - sometimes had to queue to get on Metro (not in rush hour). Would be quite a threatening for a woman, or two women travelling alone.

Nothing. Not far from the train station
The old man at the reception was rude and mean.

The day we left
Room very cramped. general decor poor, old and dirty. Television did not work, despite reporting. Curtains were just about hanging. Extractor fan in bathroom not working. Mirror light not working, shaver point not working. Shower clamp on wall broken. No plug for bath. Rain dripping all night on glass porch outside door to keep you awake all night. Hotel staff lounging in the foyer area wearing slippers and overcoat and laying with feet up on the sofa. Night staff not interested in anything. Hotel should be able to advise on parking (my wife disabled) despite being assured no problem outside on road when calling in advance of booking. On arrival no information and parking impossible.

In -8 degree cold weather, the heating was not working. It started but not producing any heat. Broken toilet seat and shower. Very dirty bed matress and carpet. Tv was provided but no signals. In bathroom, electric plug is provided for shaver but no electricity. I believe if Booked.net is providing these type of hotels as ** star hotels, it is rip off the public. It has not stars at all and completely a mess.

The helpful service and perfect location close to metro line 4 and other historical places made my stay enjoyable. the spotless and warm room with a shower and bed, along with wake-up service, central heating, an iron, and a TV set were very convenient.

The position is very good, closed to Sacre Couer (8 min walk) and to Chateau Rouge metro station (5 min walk). The staff were been very kind.
The bed was very uncomfortable and the restroom very narrow.

location near to gare du nord or rue poissoniere as well as several fabulous transport hubs, and lots of shops and cafes that charge reasonable prices for things. lots of coffee, butter, slices of fresh bread and jam at breakfast.

The beds were nice. Central heating. Iron and multi, channel television in the room. Very central location, a 10, 15 minute walking distance from Montmartre. Easy check, in. Generally helpful service. Rewritten Review: The beds were comfortable, and I especially appreciated the central heating in the room. It was convenient to have an iron and a multi, channel television as well. the hotel's location is very central, just a short 10, 15 minute walk from Montmartre. Check, in was smooth, and the staff were generally helpful.

They have a nice tv. You still can get into hotel after 01:00.
Reception is not 24-hour friendly: you are first asked to return to hotel before 01:00 Hotel strongly requires renovation. Bath facilities were almost out of order. Smell is not always nice.

It was not possible to close the door to the bathroom and sit comfortably on the lav.; The shower was faulty; no door to the wardrobe; generally not a good experience for 85 euros.
